How do I place an order?
Ansimply browse our selection of curated gifts, choose your favorite items, and add them to your cart. Then, follow the checkout process to provide your details and choose a delivery option.wer
Can I customise my gift?
Yes! We offer personalised options for many of our gifts. You can even add a custom message handwritten message. For other customisations, directly message us along with your order.
When will my gift be delivered?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and product availability. We aim to deliver as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 3 business days for standard delivery. If you’ve selected a preferred delivery date, we’ll do our best to accommodate it, though it's not always guaranteed.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Absolutely! - its included! We offer premium boxes with our gift selections including a ribbon and hand written card.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or text so you can follow your gift’s journey.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to assist.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
We do offer same-day delivery in select areas, subject to availability. Best to message us directly on socials or the contact us page.
Can I send a gift to someone else?
Yes, you can send a gift directly to someone else. Just enter their delivery details at checkout and include a personalised message if you'd like.
What if the recipient isn’t home when the gift is delivered?
If no one is home to accept the delivery, our courier partners will either leave the package in a safe location or arrange a re-delivery. Please check with your courier for specific guidelines.
How do I return or exchange a gift?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery, and we’ll assist you with the process. Some items cannot be exchanged due to sanitary reasons like food and drink products.
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You can view the shipping fees at checkout before completing your purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
No. But you can place orders internationally to be delivered in NZ only.
How do I know if my gift is in stock?
We keep our inventory updated in real-time. If an item is out of stock, you’ll be notified during checkout, and we’ll offer similar alternatives if available.
Can I include a personal note with my gift?
Yes, we offer the option to add a personalised note during the process. Just let us know what you'd like to say, and we’ll make sure it’s included with the gift.
