Estimated Delivery Times

We work hard to ensure your gift box delivery is as fast as possible. Below are the estimated delivery times based on your location:

• Auckland: 1-2 working days (estimate only)
• North Island: 1-3 working days (estimate only)
• South Island: 2-4 working days (estimate only)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can be affected by unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions or courier delays, which are beyond our control.

Track Your Order

Once your gift box order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery on the courier's website.

Due to the nature of our curated gift boxes, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged Items: If your gift box arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include a description and photographs of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
